We are located in Belfast, Ireland!

I don’t speak Irish, Can i still order from you?

Of course! I don’t speak fluent Irish either. In fact, that is why i created this business, to provide Irish Language products to encourage immersive learning. This is also why our posts are primarily in English, to spark interest and encourage those who do not speak the language to get involved.

What postal service do you use?

We use Royal Mail Second Class Delivery

How long will my order take?

Due to the impact of Covid and the backlog of Royal Mail, orders are extremely hard to predict for delivery. Orders may take up to two working weeks to arrive from dispatch email. 

Is my order tracked?

UK and IRL orders are not tracked unless requested. International orders are tracked and signed delivery.

There is no delivery option to my country.

My item is damaged.
